Igeza word is nguni word which has two meaning depending if you speak isixhosa or isizulu, in isixhosa igeza means a mad man,insane,mentally disturbed, lunatic, in zulu igeza means a clean person and in zulu ukugeza to wash. A mad person in zulu is called uhlanya.
