This is a feed that you will find in Shops, normal this feed is used by commercial farmers.

Farm Formulated chicken feed

Feed formulation is when a farm mixes together certain feeds to form one feed that is suitable for a chicken diet. This is a home made feed. This can be used for commercial poultry farm and for backyard chicken farming. The feed formulation is for both broilers and layers. Some of the ingredients for a Feed formulation are :

• Barley
• Corn
• Soybean
• Cotton seed

Scraps chicken feed

This is for the backyard chicken farming, when some farmers are feeding chickens with left-overs. There are scraps that you need to avoid giving to the chickens. Dont give rotten food to your chickens. Some of the good scraps for your backyard chickens:

Grass, herbs
